Everything we've shipped

The story of Skiml so far. New releases land at the top. Follow @skimlio for the play-by-play.

  1. v1.2
    Extension

The extension stays out of your way

Sign in once and stay signed in, save X Articles and PDFs cleanly, and paste straight into the clip editor.

    • Stay signed in until you choose to log out, the same as the dashboard
    • Choose any Google account when you sign in, even if your browser is signed in to another
    • Long-form X Articles now save with their full text, not just the post
    • Uploaded and linked PDFs land in the PDFs source where they belong
    • Paste content straight into the clip editor to fill in or fix a save
  2. v1.1
    Languages

    Skiml now speaks your language

The whole product is translated into nine languages. Read the site, the dashboard, and the extension in yours, and have your briefs written in it too.

    • Dutch, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Italian, Japanese, Korean, and Simplified Chinese
    • Pick your language from the globe menu, even before you sign in
    • Your briefs are written in your language, whatever language the source is in
    • The Chrome extension is fully translated, with a matching language switcher
    • English stays the default; nothing changes unless you choose it
  3. v1.0

    • New Podcasts and Videos sources in the dashboard
  6. v0.7
    Extension

    The Side Panel clipper

    • See brief progress and the finished brief in the panel
    • Jump straight to the full dashboard when you want more room
  7. v0.6

    • Email digest that resurfaces the right briefs at your local time
    • Full-screen triage queue with keyboard-first Act, Reference, Archive
    • Copy or download any brief as clean Markdown

    • Press Cmd/Ctrl+K to jump to search from anywhere
  9. v0.4
    Briefs

    The first briefs

Where it started: save a page, and read an AI brief of it moments later.

    • Structured briefs with summary, key insights, action items, and follow-ups
    • A dashboard that updates in real time as briefs finish
    • Regenerate any brief that misses the mark
